By accessing or using Optimum Realism, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Independent Project

Optimum Realism is an independently created resource pack. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Intellectual Property

All textures, models, artwork, code, and other assets are owned by Atmosphere Of Tech / Optimum Realism unless stated otherwise.

  • The free 64x version is licensed for personal use only.
  • Paid tiers grant a personal, non-transferable license for the duration of your subscription.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, repackage, or include any part of this pack in other packs without written permission.
  • Screenshots and videos featuring the pack are allowed and encouraged for personal and content creation use.
  • No claiming ownership of any assets, textures, or materials.

Downloads & Compatibility

We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, mods, shaders, or future game updates. Use at your own discretion. Always back up your worlds before installing any resource pack.

Limitation of Liability

Optimum Realism is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for:

  • Game crashes or performance issues
  • Data loss or world corruption
  • Incompatibility with other mods, shaders, or resource packs
  • Service interruptions or download failures

Use at your own risk.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use community features on this site, including FAQ submissions, screenshot uploads, and Discord login. This aligns with Discord's minimum age requirement and COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

If you are under 13, you may still download and use the resource pack, but you cannot participate in community features.

Community Content

Content License

By submitting screenshots, questions, or replies, you grant Optimum Realism a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content on our website, social media, and promotional materials.

Moderation

All community submissions pass through automated spam filters and may be reviewed manually. We reserve the right to remove any content at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Your Responsibility

You must own or have rights to any content you submit. Do not upload copyrighted screenshots, images, or text that belong to someone else. You are responsible for the content you post.

No Compensation

Community contributions are voluntary. No payment, credit, or other compensation is guaranteed for submitted content, including featured screenshots.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to community features for any user who violates these terms. Abuse of the upload, FAQ, or reply systems may result in a permanent ban from community features.

Payments & Subscriptions

Paid tiers are managed through Patreon. All billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Patreon according to their terms. We do not store payment information. You can cancel your subscription at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced on our Discord server.

Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through informal negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to applicable local laws.
